Our client is an established marketing communications agency that specialise in providing a range of marketing communications business to business. Due to growth we are searching for an experienced and dynamic account manager to join the team.
The primary responsibility for the account manager*advertising account manager will be to manage campaigns and projects from taking the initial brief through to project managing the delivery to meet pressing deadlines. Candidates will be required to create pitches for new business and present to senior directors of blue chip companies. Candidates will need to have some creative input when briefing the design studio and ensure the studio is lead on specific client campaigns to meet the needs of the client brief. Candidates will ideally need to be able to generate content for copy.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years advertising*marketing communications experience and will have worked within a broad range of communications from print to advertising to events. Candidates need excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a creative and consultative style and a strong eye for detail. Candidates with new business development skills and strong negotiation skills are ideal. Candidates must be energetic and enthusiastic and able to make a real impact!
